Daily maintenance of hot stamping equipment

The hot stamping machine can hot all kinds of hot stamping on cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and other fabrics by thermal transfer printing. It can also be heat-treated by screen printing, mucilage, foaming and other processes. It can also bake color labels, portrait photos, landscape patterns and the like on porcelain plates and metal plates. It is especially suitable for making medals, commemorative cards, cultural shirts and the like. It is economical, practical and has exquisite patterns. It is replacing traditional embroidery and screen printing, but the cost and effect are much lower and better than general embroidery and multi-color screen printing.

Daily maintenance and maintenance of hot stamping equipment:

1. Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too large, the pressure spiral rod (located at the bottom of the aluminum plate) can be adjusted to increase the pressure in the direction of the clock and reduce the pressure in the reverse clock.

2. Time: When the stamping time arrives and the buzzer does not ring or keeps ringing, it is necessary to check whether the micro switch contact point in the tail box is moderate, and if not, it must be adjusted to the appropriate position.

3. Temperature: Preheat for about 15 minutes. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating indicator will go out and hot stamping can be started. If the heating plate does not heat up for a few minutes, please check the line.

Slow baking: place the objects required for hot stamping, press down the pressure handle, turn on the power switch, and the temperature starts to rise. when the temperature rises to the starting temperature, the buzzer will make a short sound. press the execution key once until the buzzer makes a long sound. press the execution key again to end hot stamping. Take out the object, the temperature will automatically gradually return to the starting temperature, in the rapid baking standby state.

Quick baking: under the starting temperature, place the object, press down the pressure handle, take out the object, the temperature will automatically gradually return to the starting temperature, and be in the quick baking standby state again.

At a temperature lower than the starting temperature, pressing the execution key can complete the whole hot stamping process as soon as the temperature rises to the starting temperature, but it will not stop and scream when the temperature rises past the starting temperature value.

When the temperature and time reach the set value, the machine will enter the automatic constant temperature state to work. After that, the buzzer will sound, and then the direct pressure handle will be pulled outward to take out the printed article (please take it carefully to avoid burns) and tear off the backing paper. The operation is completed (please pay attention to the way of tearing paper, there are cold tearing and hot tearing)
